Small tasks that can be completed within an hour will be ready and delivered to you within 48 hours from purchase, Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm (GMT+8) daily. Orders sent through after 6pm on a Tuesday will be completed by 9am on Thursday. Orders sent through on weekends will be completed by 9am on Tuesday.

It is important to us that your tasks are handled as quickly as possible. You will receive an email after purchase with a link to a form to fill up the information that we require to complete your task. Once your form has been submitted one of our experts will start working on your Shopify task.
